Love the pictures! The sunset with the planet Venus (the star in the field of view)is the same here except Venus appears left of the sun glow since we are in the northern hemisphere. Take care, Vestalnightowls 42N 76W
Oops! That's the moon when zooming the picture in. Still, the moon appears on the left of the sun glow in the northern hemisphere at a sunset... and I assume it is sunset. It might be a sunrise picture... something I rarely see! Take care, vestalnightowls 42N 76W
Well I will leave a message and I laughed to myself, well it was actually out loud, about Chris not getting another wife! Nicole, do you think they kids were following you because of your skin color or were they running from the dogs?
When I was in El Salvador the same situation was occurring with the damn dogs! I am glad that you both seem to be doing well and enjoying yourself. I hope the care package that Molly and I sent you was able to be used. Love ya - hugs and kisses
4/22/09 We are enjoying every picture & note you write here. Yes, please stay away from those nasty snakes, heck even the "toad" looked gigantic & nasty!! Hope you are feeling OK & keep drinking so you don't get dehydrated if you are plagued with gastrointestinal mayhem!! Remember we LOVE YOU & want you back home safe & sound in 2 years!! We are keeping busy with volleyball, dance, & gymnastic competitions. Heather is taking her driving test on May 12th so wish her luck. I am sure she will pass as she is a good driver. She also has an AP English exam & her SAT test next month in May. Will send you another package with some small toys for the kids when you get to your permanent residence. Take care & keep in touch! LOVE, MOM JOHN, & HEATHER
